Step 2: Create your Background

Right Click under your new composition and Select a New > Solid. On the right-hand side under Effects & Presets search for "Gradient Ramp" and apply it to your solid layer. On the left panel, select your start and end colors for your Gradient ramp and change the ramp shape to Radial Ramp. Adjust the Start of Ramp and End of Ramp to extend the background gradient to desired settings. Recenter the middle point of your gradient to the center of your window. your results should look like this: Marvel Video Intro Tutorial Img Step 2

Step 3: Adding some Texture and your image Sequence

Under your project Right click and import the content you need. Marvel Video Intro Tutorial Img Step 3 First, you will need to import your sequence, your sequence must be named in a sequential pattern, for example, 01.jpg, 02.jpg, 03.jpg, 04.jpg ... etc. you will need roughly 12 - 30 images for the sequence. Right-click your project and click Import > file Select 01.jpg in your sequence images, after that click the checkbox which says "ImporterJPEG Sequence" then click import. Marvel Video Intro Tutorial Img Step 4 When the footage is imported right click your sequence, and select Interperate Footage > Main. The footage will loop way to quickly, so change the "Frame Rate" where it says Assume this frame rate to 12 or a custom amount, in other options set the Loop to 5 + times. Marvel Video Intro Tutorial Img Step 5 Drag the new Sequence into your timeline at the very top and change the "Mode" to "Multiply" Import your texture the same way as a single file and apply it at the top of your timeline, from then change the mode to multiply. Marvel Video Intro Tutorial Img Step 6 Click onto your Sequence and texture and press "T" to open the opacity, change the opacity to fade out after 4 seconds by setting a keyframe at the 4-second mark, and have it gradually fade away after.

Step 4: Adding a Logo and Effect

There a 2 ways to do this, Firstly you can import your Logo by right-clicking in the project window and importing a file, or you can right-click in your composition timeline and click New > Text for this example I will be using Text, the video you see at the top was done using a logo. Both methods are identical. Set the font style you want and position it in the center of the Screen. Under your Effects & Presents, windows search for a tool called "Gradient Wipe" and apply it to your text/logo. These Steps are Important: Under the Effects control, change the Transition Completion to 100% and your Transition Softness to 20%, You MUST select the gradient layer to be attached to your sequence. Click to add a Keyframe on Transition completion at 0 seconds in your timeline and then add another keyframe at 6 seconds and transition the Transition Completion back to 0%. Marvel Video Intro Tutorial Img Step 7

Step 5: Make images appear first and tweak the animation

Click your Logo and your sequence and press CTRL + D to create a duplicate. Add the two duplicate files to the top of your timeline. Make sure the mode on both duplicate items is set to Normal as we don't need them blending with the background. Next, change the Track Matte on the new sequence to Alpha Matte "Logo name". Marvel Video Intro Tutorial Img Step 8 Pull the sequence back a bit so its in a different order than the current sequence. Put your original Logo at the very top of your timeline, move the gradient wipe animation further in the timeline so your reveling animation on the original logo will appear later. Make all elements except the background 3D. Marvel Video Intro Tutorial Img Step 9 Add some depth to your logo, by selecting them, pressing P, and changing the last position value to -500. Then press S and change the scale to 60%.

Step 6: Adding Camera Movements:

Go to your last frame, right-click and click New > Camera and press OK. Press P on the camera to edit the Position then press R to bring up the rotation. Add a Key Frame to the beginning of the timeline with Z Rotation set to 30 degrees. Add a key Frame Under Position Change the last digits until your rotation covers the entire screen. adjust keyframes along the timeline to resize the position as the rotation completes. Select all frames and press U to display all keyframes. press ~ key to go full screen. highlight all keyframes right click and change Keyframe Assistant to easy ease. You are done. Here is another version created with a logo instead of text:

We are running a Joomla website that was several versions down-level, our commercial server service had an issue during a conversion. and we were unable to get into the back-end of our site. Several 'Joomla experts' later it still wasn't fixed. We ran across Revibe Digital and Brett during a Google search and Brett told us he could help us. Brett was true to his word and our website was up and running again. We were amazed at how quickly he fixed the site, it's not easy when you are a half a world away to coordinate passwords and others parameters. Brett also treated us like we were family when it came to the billing for his work. I was blown away at how reasonable his charges were. If you are looking for an extremely competent Software Engineer that knows his product line then look no further. I wholeheartedly recommend you contact Brett at Revibe Digital no matter where in the world you reside. Thank you very much Brett.

Great work! We hired Revibe to finish up a Joomla project begun by another firm that was not going well. With a minimum of direction, they jumped in right away and took care of all outstanding tasks, exactly as we asked for. It was quite a thrill to watch a firm move so quickly and understand what was needed with only two emails of explanation. In addition, pricing was very fair. Our only regret is that we didn't start with Revibe to begin with. Highly recommended!
